RENO, NV - The cold font has moved through, with brisk conditions throughout northern Nevada. Isolated showers remain a threat for much of the Sierra north of the Tahoe Basin through the rest of the day, but rain showers in the Truckee Meadows are unlikely.
The the wind settles down a bit and cloud cover thins out into tomorrow morning, our valley temperatures drop even farther. Tomorrow morning should be the coldest of the week with upper 20°s possible in the North Valleys. Reno its self should stay above freezing, but it could be close. I would suggest covering any plants that can't handle the cold tonight.
