RENO, NV - Reno police have cleared a home after setting up a perimeter around 3295 Clear Acre Lane, just north of 395.

Police found something they thought was suspicious, possibly even an explosive, inside the house Thursday afternoon. That's where police had arrested 40-year-old Bradley Waetjen after serving a search warrant because he allegedly threatened a child with a gun. He didn't want to come out of the house at first, so they called in a SWAT team and Waetjen walked out peacefully and was arrested. When officers went inside to search the house, they found the suspicious item.

They're not saying what it turned out to be, but within an hour, they decided there was no obvious threat and left the scene.
