SPARKS, NV - A Sparks man is in custody, accused of stabbing another man on the third floor of John Ascuaga's Nugget parking garage Friday night.

Police say the two men had been arguing before the stabbing about 11pm Friday, shortly after eating dinner together at an area restaurant. Police say both had been attending the Street Vibrations Spring Rally outside the Nugget in Victorian Square. They also both were intoxicated.

28-year-old Harold Nolte is charged with battery with a deadly weapon after being found outside the parking garage shortly after the stabbing. Police say he was wearing clothing consistent with membership in a biker gang, but that the stabbing was not a case of gang-on-gang violence; it was just two people involved in a violent argument.

The Nugget had banned biker colors in the property during the weekend Street Vibrations event, following a deadly shooting inside the casino during last year's primary Street Vibrations.

The stabbing victim, whose name hasn't been released, is recovering from what police say are minor wounds.
