SPARKS, NV - A brush fire near Interstate 80 and Rock Boulevard is out after burning only about a quarter of an acre. But it sent up quite a bit of smoke and wind threatened to spread it quickly.
Fire investigators say welders working near the railroad accidentally started the fire around 4PM Tuesday.
They had their own water truck and had most of the fire out before firefighters got there.
