RENO, NV - The Silver Legacy has announced a deal allowing it to pay its creditors with help from its co-owned properties the Eldorado and Circus Circus.
The plan could be finalized as early as next week and approved in bankruptcy court. Legacy officials say creditors are on board with the plan.
The property filed chapter eleven last spring after having problems paying bills totaling about $143 million.
