RENO, Nev. (AP) - Authorities in Reno are trying to find who shot an ambulance with a BB gun and shattered its window.
Paramedics told police they were on a medical call and had a patient in the back of the ambulance when they heard a "pop" a little before 2 a.m. Wednesday. They say the back window shattered, and they evacuated the area with their patient.
Police responded to Hubbard Way and determined the vehicle was probably hit by a BB. But they say they were unable to find any suspects in the area.
Officials say neither the medics nor the patient were hurt.
