RENO, Nev. -- Law enforcement officers shut down 395/580 at Eastlake Boulevard on the south end of Washoe Valley overnight after a report of a pedestrian along the roadway shooting at cars.
The Nevada Highway Patrol says the report came in around midnight and the search began immediately. Raven was in the air to assist with the search but crews did not find anyone.
No cars were hit by the reported shots. The highway was reopened at about 2am.
