RENO, Nev. - Reno Police have arrested three people for drug trafficking and kidnapping charges, and they're on the lookout for two more people they say could be involved.
It all happened just a few doors down from the Reno Police station on December 26th.
Police say they had suspected the house on East Second was used for trafficking drugs, and this week, they finally had the evidence they needed to go in with a warrant and make the bust.
Reno Police say four people attacked a man at the house on Monday. They say after beating him up, and hitting him with a skateboard, they took his cell phone and marched him across the street to 7/11. That's where they tried to force him to take money out of the ATM before police arrived.
Because the men took him captive, that counts as first degree kidnapping.
When police went to the house to look for evidence, they found marijuana, cocaine, and guns.
Two of the men involved are in police custody. They've been identified as 30-year-old Aaron Montes and 30-year-old Daniel Giles. Police are still looking for two others.
Police also arrested 31-year-old Jonathan McCann on drug charges. They say he lives at the house they searched. He has since been released.
Reno Police have not released descriptions of the other two people suspected in this attack, and drug trafficking. They say they have a good idea who's involved.
