Reno High Wins Girls State Championship
LAS VEGAS - The Reno Huskies won the state basketball championship on Friday, beating Bishop Gorman 52-39 on Friday night in Las Vegas.
Gigi Hascheff scored a game-high 20 points for the Huskies. Mallory McGwire added 10 points, Shalen Shaw chipped in nine.
It's Reno's first state title since 2001.
