UPDATE: Reno police report missing man Dixon was found safe about 2PM Friday and is back home.
RENO, NV - Reno police are looking for a man who has dementia and may not be able to find his way back home after walking from his group home.
Police say 83-year-old William Dixon walked away from his home on Cordone Avenue late the night of July 4.
He is 5'11" and 130 pounds with gray hair and blue eyes. He was wearing a white long-sleeve collared button-up shirt, blue jeans and brown slippers.
Anyone who believes they have seen or located Mr. Dixon is asked to contact the Reno Police Department's Non-Emergency Dispatch Center at 334-COPS (2677).
