RENO, NV - It could be several weeks before Reno police know what killed a man found dead downtown Tuesday night.
A housekeeper found the man's body on the 23rd floor of the Arlington Tower condominiums. Paramedics called police, because they thought the death looked suspicious. Now, police are looking for a timeline of what the man was doing before he died.
An autopsy is done, but results could take a while. There are no obvious signs of trauma.
His name hasn't been released.
