Reno Police Find Stabbing Victim

RENO, NV - About 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, Reno police officers responded to a stabbing in the 6000 block of Chesterfield Lane in Reno.

The investigation shows that the two men had an argument inside the home. That argument apparently turned violent, and that's when at least one of them was stabbed.

That man fled to a nearby convenience store where police contacted him, and found that he had several stab wounds to his face and body.

He was taken to Renown Hospital where his wounds were determined to be non-life threatening. The second man has since turned up at Renown with unknown injuries.

One of the men involved has been indentified as 29-year-old Nicholas Christopher Martin. He was arrested upon invesigation and charged with battery with a deadly weapon. It is not clear at this time which man in the case Martin is.

The other man involved has not been indentified at this time pending further investigation into this incident, and police are looking for no other suspects or victims.
