27-year-old Taurean Henderson

RENO, NV - Reno police have a man in custody; he was arrested for assault with a deadly weapon.

RPD says around 7:15 Sunday morning, a fight broke out outside a bar in the 100 block of East Second Street.

They noticed that Taureau Henderson was carrying a handgun and when he ran from police, he tossed the gun to the ground.

Officers were able to catch up to him and he was taken into custody without incident.

Further investigation revealed that Henderson had been involved in a fight at the bar and had been escorted outside.

That's when, police say, he returned with the handgun and pointed it at several customers, threatening them.

The 27- year old Henderson initially gave false identifying information and was also booked on identity theft and carrying a concealed weapon.
