STATELINE, NV - Power is back on for 5,000 residential and business customers in the South Lake Tahoe area who experienced an outage Friday.
NV Energy says there's a problem with a substation in Round Hill, and crews are fixing it, but in the meantime, they have rerouted power from another source to customers in the areas of Stateline, Cave Rock and Kingsbury.
Also offline was at least part of the Heavenly ski resort, but power there is back.
