UPDATE:
RENO, Nev. -- Sparks Police investigators say the driver involved in the accident on Oddie Blvd and Mall Dr. in which a pedestrian was killed identified himself to police officers.

The driver has been interviewed, but at this time no charges have been filed.

RENO, Nev. -- Police are looking for the driver of a car who hit and killed a pedestrian Wednesday evening.

Police say the walker was crossing the street, not in a crosswalk, at Oddie Boulevard and Mall Drive about 5:30PM. He was hit by a driver who then drove off.

He was pronounced dead at a hospital. His name hasn't been released.

Police haven't released information about the car or driver they're looking for.
