SPARKS, NV - A man accused of doing plastic surgery without a license is going back to square one in court.
Edgar Orozco-Abundis was supposed to be arraigned in District Court Tuesday morning, but instead, the judge was told about a second possible victim.
Orozco-Abundis was first charged with practicing medicine without a license after a botched nose and stomach job on a man over the summer. Now, prosecutors say a woman is accusing him of doing a nose job in August, and so he's being charged with another count of practicing medicine and getting money under false pretenses.
He'll have a new preliminary hearing in Sparks Justice Court in the next couple weeks.
