RENO, Nev -- The Reno Police Department identified a person of interest in a hit-and-run accident that sent two pedestrians to the hospital. The crash happened on Wednesday, November 7th at S. Virginia and Hubbard, in front of the Peppermill.
Investigators want to talk to 21-year-old Tyler Cowan about any possible connection to the case. They emphasize, "[a]gain Mr. Cowan is only a person of interest in this case and the Reno Police Department is following up on every lead."
Police say Cowan owns a 1999, black Buick Regal with the Nevada plate 099 WPG.
RPD investigators are also asking for help from the public in identifying any possible suspect or suspects.
