Reno police are naming another suspect in the deadly shooting.
18-year-old Miguel Gonzalez is charged with Open Murder and Attempted Murder. He is now being held on the warrant in Lyon County.
Police tell us he was already in jail, held on charges unrelated to this case when he was charged.
RENO, NV - Reno police have arrested a man they believe was involved in a double shooting that left a 16-year-old boy dead.
Shortly after 2PM last Friday, shots rang out near Locust and Capitol Hill in Reno. The teen died at the scene, with an 18-year-old being hospitalized for a head wound. He is out of the hospital.
26-year-old Gustavo Alvizar was arrested Wednesday night, charged with open murder and attempted murder. Police say they are still looking for at least one person in connection with the shooting. He is identified as 20-year-old Lucas Bragg.
Witnesses told police they heard an argument, followed by four to five gunshots. Investigators were looking for a black sedan, likely an Audi. At the time of the shooting, three people were inside the car.
RPD officers say they don't know if the victims lived at the apartment complex and are still investigating if the shooter or shooters and the victims knew each other.
