RENO, NV - NV Energy crews have restored power after an outage in the Caughlin Ranch area.
About 500 utility customers were affected, including the Scolari's grocery. The power went out at about 12:15pm and was restored shortly after 2pm.
NV Energy says high wind damaged equipment in the substation.
