RENO, Nev. (AP) - Authorities say a suspect who fled to Mexico after the shooting death of a man outside a Reno men's club in 2008 is back in Reno to face charges.
The Reno Gazette-Journal reports 27-year-old Cesar Garcia-Rodriguez was booked into the Washoe County Jail last week. A warrant charges him with murder and discharging a firearm.
Twenty-year-old Bryan Coursey was shot in the head June 15, 2008 and died 17 days later after the shooting in the parking lot of the Diamond Dolls club.
Authorities say he and some friends were outside the club when a group of men were told to leave the business following an altercation that spilled into the parking lot. Coursey was not involved in the dispute and had not been inside.
