Beginning Wednesday, December 12 you can get to Sacramento and San Francisco from the Truckee Meadows for less than it costs for a cup of coffee.
The inaugural trip departed Victorian Square Wednesday at 8:00am.
Megabus.com expanded its express bus service from Reno-Sparks to northern California, with fares starting as inexpensive as $1 each way (ranging from $1-$30.)
Megabus.com says its fleet consists of luxury state-of-the-art double decker buses offering amenities such as free wi-fi, at seat plugins, panoramic windows and a green alternative way to travel.
