SPARKS, NV - The Nevada Rural Housing Authority (NRHA) is hosting a free Homebuyers' Expo Saturday, April 5, from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Ponderosa Room at John Ascuaga's Nugget, 1100 Nugget Ave, Sparks.
The expo is designed to educate prospective homeowners on what goes into buying a house, as well as maintaining the home after purchase. There will be presenters from NRHA, as well as lenders, builders, title companies and non-profit partners. There will be two English-speaking panels and one in Spanish.

"It's our mission at NRHA to help more Nevadans into homes of their own, and this expo is designed to answer the questions and challenges that might be keeping them from doing that," explains Nicole Larrimore, Home At Last™ Mortgage and Marketing Specialist for the Northern Nevada office.
