RENO, NV - Nevada regents are considering as much as a thirteen percent fee increase for public higher education students.
The issue will be discussed at a meeting in Las Vegas Friday.
"We pay a bunch... for anything here," Brandon Langlands said.
UNR officials said the increase would also benefit students by increasing financial aid and adding instructors.
A similar increase took place this year. UNR also said Nevada's increases have been smaller than some other western states.
