RENO, NV - A Goodwill store in Reno was briefly evacuated Monday when a hand grenade was found inside a box of donated items.
Police say employees at the Oddie Boulevard store were opening boxes when they found the grenade.
Members of the Consolidated Bomb Squad responded and removed the hand grenade without incident. They're not sure whether the grenade is an actual explosive device or an inert training device.
Follow-up on this case will be conducted by members of the Consolidated Bomb Squad.
