Monday Update: Sheriff Gerald Antinoro tells KOLO 8 News Now former Storey County Commissioner Greg "Bum" Hess's children may have had ongoing tension with the Burrell children.
Hess is facing a felony battery charge for, Antinoro says, fighting with Kody Burrell. However, Antinoro describes the ongoing dispute as "name calling, not too nice of gestures... Not a blood feud or anything, by any means."
Hess's arraignment is scheduled for February 13th in Virginia City Justice Court .

RENO, Nev. -- Storey County Sheriff Gerald Antinoro tells KOLO 8 News Now former Storey County Commissioner Greg "Bum" Hess was arrested Friday night.
Antinoro says the arrest was related to a fight that occurred after a high school basketball game in Virginia City. Hess posted bond and has been released. More details on the incident and charges Hess may face will be released on Monday.
