Police: 'Hazardous Material' on Forest Street Was Splenda

RENO, NV - Reno hazmat crews have reopened streets blocked in the area of 777 Forest Street after a hazardous materials investigation.

Police say a letter with mysterious powder in it was delivered to Collections Services of Nevada Monday morning. Fire investigators now say the powder was Splenda sweetener and that nobody was hurt.

Nobody has been arrested, but police say this is a criminal investigation.
