A new technology at two gyms in both Reno and Sparks allows you to take a fitness class anytime you want.
It's called Fitness On Request. Users can select different classes they want to take ranging from yoga, step, kickboxing and weight lifting.
Fitness On Request has changed the way Neil Atkinson and Donna Jackson view working out, at least after trying the new technology.
"You can take a class and get the same thing but you have to adjust your schedule to the class, this way I can adjust my schedule when I want to take this class," says Atkinson.
Donna says she enjoys the privacy and convenience.
"It's like having your own teacher telling you to go!" says Jackson.
Anytime Fitness personal trainer Lisa Gonzalez also takes classes with her clients.
"If you're running late from work you don't have to worry about missing your class it's on a high definition screen, in a beautiful studio it gets your mind set. It's not like when you're at home and you have all the distractions trying to do a video, the kids need you or the phone rings you can take your class anytime you want," says Gonzalez.
Neil says this sweat is worth it. In fact, since getting into the gym, doing cardio, and taking the classes, he's seen an improvement in his overall health.
"I've probably lost about 30 pounds since coming to the gym. My blood pressures down, it's good for my overall health," says Neil.
"It gives me motivation," says Donna.
Motivation both Neil and Donna can find anytime of the day.
