RENO, NV - Dunkin’ Donuts is announcing the signing of a multi-unit store development agreement with new franchise group, HT2 Franchising, LLC, to develop nine new restaurants throughout the Reno area. The first restaurant is expected to open in 2015 and the remainder by 2020.
No locations have been announced.
HT2 Franchising, LLC is led by Reno native Nicole Hansen. According to a Dunkin' Donuts release, she will manage and oversee the company’s daily operations for each restaurant. Hansen previously owned six privately branded coffee shops in Washington state and has strong ties with several businesses within the local community.
“We are very excited to bring Dunkin’ Donuts to Reno, and make the company’s famous beverages, baked goods and sandwiches available to an ever-growing base of customers,” says Hansen. “We have a passion and loyalty for the brand and look forward to the opening of our Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in the years to come.”
With this agreement, Dunkin’ Donuts franchise opportunities are sold out in Reno, but opportunities exist to grow the brand throughout the West in Colorado and California.
