RENO, NV - Fire crews still don't know what started a fire that seriously damaged a trailer home in Stead.
The call went out about 3:45PM Monday about the trailer on Matthews Street. The fire was extinguished within about half an hour, but damage is serious enough that the occupant, who wasn't home at the time, won't be able to move back in.
He lost an adult dog and several puppies in the fire.
One firefighter was hurt fighting the fire and was taken to a hospital; he is expected to recover.
