RENO, NV - An investment firm has bought the whole second floor or the Palladio building along the Truckee River downtown.
Vince Griffith, owner of the Reno Land & Cattle Company investment
company firm, says he has purchased the 6,000-square-foot floor. He is working to convert 1,000 square feet for his Reno Engineering Company office and lease out the rest, with one lease already signed for Snaggle Tooth Studio.
According to a news release, Griffith is a University of Nevada, Reno graduate. His Reno Engineering Company is involved in the management and master planning of the Double Diamond Ranch/South Meadows Business Park and the Tahoe-Reno Industrial Center. Specifically he is responsible for the engineering designs that include roadway, flood control, water, sewer, storm drain, rail and interchange projects.
Snaggle Tooth Studio’s president is Ben Hoffman, who has decades of experience in video and motion graphics, specializing in designing video games.
The Palladio is a 12-story development on Sierra Street offering eight floors of condominium residences. Below the 5th floor is commercial property such as shops and restaurants.
