Neighbors keeping a watchful eye led police to arrest seven people for residential burglary during the Thanksgiving holiday.

RENO, NV - Neighbors keeping a watchful eye led police to arrest seven people for residential burglary during the Thanksgiving holiday.

Witnesses led police to arrest 18-year-old Tommy Martin and 28-year-old Juan Pablo Arreola, for home burglary along with 5 teens.

On November 27th, 2011 at about 2 pm the Reno Police Department responded to the areas of Socrates and University Ridge on the report of a suspicious vehicle in the area.

It was reported that Martin and Arreola would knock on resident’s doors asking for unknown persons and possibly be targeting unoccupied residences.

Officers located a car matching the description given by witnesses. Inside the car, police found personal property and were able to connect the items to a residence in that area.
