WHO: Bully’s Sports Bar & Grill and the University of Nevada come together Thursday, Dec. 1 with the band, cheer squad and Silver and Blue Outfitters to help Wolfie Jr. beat Auburn University mascot Aubie, in week 14 of the 15-week-long Capital One Mascot Challenge semi-finals. Currently undefeated at 12-0, Wolfie Jr. has a small lead over Aubie, but more are needed to secure the win and move on to compete for the national title against the only other undefeated mascot in the nation, Georgia Tech’s Buzz.
WHAT: A “text mob” takes place in support of Wolfie Jr. from 6 – 8 p.m. encouraging attendees to vote up to 250 times in the hour. All those who are “locked out” at 250 votes receive a free piece of pepperoni pizza and a soda, compliments of Bully’s. “Text mob” attendees also are entered into a raffle drawing for prizes including $100 in Bully’s Bucks, football and basketball tickets, Silver and Blue Outfitters merchandise and gift cards, and a chance to take the Bully’s Big Screen Buster Half-Court Shot at the Dec. 2 basketball game against Washington.
