CARSON CITY, NV - The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Carson City District, Sierra Front Field Office invites the public to provide their suggestions on how to manage wild horses located several miles outside the Pine Nut Herd Management Area south of Carson City.
The wild horses migrated 10 miles outside the Herd Management Area to the Fish Springs area and are infringing on private property, according to the BLM.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, July 17, from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. at the Fish Springs Volunteer Fire Station.
Because of the limited accommodations at the fire station, it is suggested that attendees bring a chair.
