Reno, Nev. -- A 41-year-old Reno man is behind bars, accused of trying to set a business on fire.

Reno police tell us Randy Ybarra was loitering inside the 7-Eleven in the 800 Block of South Wells and acting erratic. When he was asked to leave, police say Ybarra took a bottle of lighter fluid and doused the area behind the counter.

Witnesses say he then tried to light it on fire using several napkins and a lighter.

Ybarra was quickly arrested. He's being held at the Washoe County Detention Facility on $20,000 bail.
