RENO, NV - An all-state Nevada Amber Alert is over, with its two targets found safe.

Police agencies haven't released specific details, but they say they are no longer searching for six-year-old Benjamin Koepsell, who has Down Syndrome, and his brother, ten-year-old Christian.

Their mother had been seen with her children at the Wild Horse restaurant in Minden after losing custody of the two kids just hours before.
