RENO, NV - People lined up to submit applications at Aces Ballpark on Monday. The Reno Aces and the ballpark's concessionaire, Levy Restaurants, are looking to hire roughly three-hundred for the season.
"Baseball, who doesn't love baseball?," Cathi Skaggs, who worked at the ballpark as a bartender last year, said.
The Aces General Manager said he anticipates more than enough applicants. Still, several people in line said the line was not as long as a year ago - perhaps a sign of an improving economy.
Guest services guides, valet attendants and members of the entertainment crew, are among the posts available at the ballpark.
The Aces General Manager said more than six-thousand people, on average, went to Aces games last season.
The new "Ace ball" season begins April 5.
People may continue to submit applications on Mondays and Fridays from ten to noon at the ballpark.
