From KOLO 8 Weather Now... The National Weather Service in Reno has issued a Wind Advisory. A wind advisory will be in effect from 8 AM until 11 PM on Thursday.

A Reno hospital is postponing upcoming seasonal flu shot events because it cannot predict when it will receive vaccine shipments.

RENO, Nev. (AP) - A Reno hospital is postponing upcoming seasonal flu shot events because it cannot predict when it will receive vaccine shipments.

Officials with Renown Regional Medical Center say they expect to reschedule flu shot clinics once the vaccine is received.

To date, Renown Health says it has provided more than 9,000 seasonal flu shots to community members.
