Here's Evelyn Mount's Thanksgiving shopping list. She needs most of this before or during the first week of November for distribution on and after November 18th.

Meat:


  • 201 turkeys, split in half

  • 1,300 turkey breasts

  • 1,250 Cornish game hens

  • 1,200 small hams

  • 8,000 whole turkeys


Vegetables:
  • 9,000 cans of green peas

  • 9,000 cans of whole-kernel corn

  • 9,000 cans of mixed vegetables
