Reno Police are searching for a suspect involved in a 4th of July Stabbing.

Police Say around 11 pm, they arrived at Reno Fire Department Station #1 on East Fourth Street where they found a man with a large stab wound in his chest. Police believe the stabbing occurred near 355 Record Street.

The victim had minimal information about what happened to him, but suggested that he had been robbed. The victim was then transported to Renown Medical Center. He is in serious, but stable condition.

Police have no suspects at this time. A $1,000 reward is being offered by Secret Witness for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the suspect
