New Funding to Improve School Transportation
Nevada Half a million dollars will be used to control pollution and make bus rides for students a little smoother.

Some of Nevada's rural communities are getting $500,000 to replace and retrofit our outdated school buses.
The funding, secured by Harry Reid, will allow hundreds of buses to be equipped with pollution-control devices to lower emissions.
The leftover money will go to purchase new buses.
