RENO, NV - Reno police say bloody clothes found at a Reno park could be connected to a break-in at Moondog Multimedia on South Virginia street around 2 am Thursday.

According to police at least one window was shattered at the computer store that police but it is not clear what exactly has been stolen. When our crew got there, detectives were at the scene collecting evidence and looking at bloody footprints.

The suspect may have gotten away but not before seeking refuge in a park bathroom.

Less than 2 miles away in a Virginia Lake park restroom, blood splatter, clothing, and evidence from the crime at Moondog, lead police to believe the suspect is seriously injured. Police believe the burglar may have cut his hand while breaking the window.

Hospitals have been alerted but so far no sign of the suspect.

Officers conducted a complete canvas of the area, and located no witnesses or information on the identity of the victim.

RPD is asking the public to provide any information you have related to this incident, so the injured person can get the medical attention that is required. If you know anything, call Reno police or Secret Witness at 322-4900.
