Multiple Grammy-winning and best-selling artist Phil Collins is retiring from music.
The 60-year-old says he's suffering several health problems that make it hard to perform, including a dislocated vetebra, hearing loss and nerve damage.
Collins is the former frontman of Genesis and later his own solo act.
Besides seven Grammys, Collins also snagged an Oscar for a song from the animated film "Disney's Tarzan."
When he announced his retirement to F-H-M, Collins said he doesn't think he will be missed -- adding, -quote- "It's hardly surprising that people grew to hate me."
