Reno, Nev. - More than 500 Girl Scouts and scout leaders will be performing at The University of Nevada's Homecoming half-time show on Saturday, October 15th.
The Girl Scouts of the Sierra Nevada will be celebrating their 100th year anniversary by singing the Girl Scout classic, "Make New Friends," on the field.
The words to the song will also be up on the screen during the song, so the crowd can join in and help them celebrate.
CEO Julia Ratti says Girl Scouts has grown over the years, and continues to offer girls opportunities to gain important life skills.
