Reno, NV - If you have any shoes that aren’t getting much wear in your closet, consider donating them to a great cause. The non-profit, Think Kindness is challenging people to collect 100,000 pairs of shoes by Friday.
80% of the shoes donated to survivors of the earthquake and tsunami in Japan. The rest will be distributed to kids in low income schools.
It’s something that the organization’s founder, Brian Williams, says is a way to be generous without spending a lot of money
There are drop off locations all around our area. If you would like to give away a pair of shoes to a great cause, visit: http://www.thinkkindness.org/
