Plaza Court Restaurant Hollandaise Sauce

12 large eggs
1 pound salted butter
1/2 t tabasco sauce
1 oz lemon juice
pinch of paprika

1. Coddle eggs and separate the yolks. Keep the yolks and discard the whites
2. Put butter in microwave for about 5 minutes until almost boiling
3. Put eggs yolks in food processor and turn it on
4. Add tabasco and lemon juice
5. Pour butter slowly over egg mixture and continue to blend
6. Add paprika and serve
