RECIPE: Roasted Garlic and Leek Polenta

Roasted Garlic and Leek Polenta


½ cup polenta
2 cups water
2 teaspoons of kosher salt
3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
3 tablespoons of cream cheese
8 cloves of roasted garlic, chopped
1 white section of a leek, chopped


1. In a medium sauce pan bring 2 cups water and salt to a
2. Add polenta and stir until incorporated
3. Bring to a simmer and turn heat to low
4. Stir constantly for 10 to 15 minutes, test for doneness
5. Stir in remaining ingredients’ until blended well
6. Spread polenta onto a sheet pan 1” thick and refrigerate for
1 hour
