RENO, Nev. – Parents who took their children to Build-A-Bear this summer, listen up! Build-A-Bear is recalling a stuffed animal from the "Monsters, Inc." movie due to a choking hazard.
The “Sulley” stuffed animal has eyes that can detach and choke a child.
These toys were sold in store and online in June. Tracking label ending with 4384 or 4385 for USA and 4378 for Canada can be found on a sewn in label on the backside of the leg of the stuffed monster.
No injuries have been reported.
Build-A-Bear says anyone with this stuffed animal should take Sulley back to any Build-A-Bear Workshop to receive a replacement coupon.
