SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - San Francisco police have arrested three people in connection with an early morning shooting that left three others wounded.
The shooting occurred around 3:50 a.m. Tuesday on a street in the city's Mission District. Police say one of the victims was shot in the torso. The two others were hit in the legs.
One of the victims' wounds is considered life-threatening.
Officer Gordon Shyy says officers responding to the scene located a vehicle suspected in the attack and arrested the vehicle's three occupants. Two firearms were located inside.
The suspects have not been identified, and police have not disclosed a possible motive.
Shyy says a police unit called to assist officers that spotted the suspects' vehicle was involved in a crash.
