South Lake Tahoe Police Search for Man Who Robbed Bank

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, CA - The South Lake Tahoe Police Department (SLT PD) is looking for the suspect who robbed the El Dorado Savings and Loan.

The male suspect robbed the El Dorado Savings and Loan at 3443 Lake Tahoe Boulevard on Wednesday, August 21, 2013, at 9:30 a.m., according to the SLT PD.

The suspect handed a note to the bank teller and claimed to be armed, however, he did not display a weapon.

After receiving an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect left the bank.

The suspect is described as being a white male adult in his fifties, approximately 6'-2'' tall, wearing a beige baseball cap, a short-sleeved plaid button down shirt, khaki cargo shorts and flip flop sandals, according to the SLT PD.

The suspect's car is described as a black 4 door dual-cab Dodge Ram pickup truck with a tool box in the bed. The year of the car is estimated as 2000-2005.
