SIERRAVILLE, CA - A brush fire burning near Sierraville, California is now 80 percent contained.

According to YubaNet.com, the fire has decreased in size and is now 8 to 10 acres. It is also 80 percent contained.

An official with Sierra Hot Springs tells KOLO8 News Now that Lemon Canyon Road is closed to the public and is being used by firetrucks to access the fire.

YubaNet.com has named the fire the Sierra Fire.
